LED-Matrix is an independent knowledge base — we read every message and prioritize the topics the community asks for most.
Response Time
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1 to 2 business days. Most messages get a reply the next morning (Central European Time). If you write on a weekend, expect an answer by Monday. We prioritize corrections and safety-related wiring questions first, then product test requests, then general how-to questions that our guides already cover. If you do not hear back within three days, please resend — email filters occasionally eat form mail, and we would rather get two copies than miss your note.

Many questions are already answered in our tested guides. Checking there first gets you an immediate answer and helps us keep response times fast for everyone:

Do you provide one-on-one wiring help? We try, but we cannot design every install remotely. Include precise details (strip type, length, supply, controller) and we will point you to the relevant table or explain the next measurement to take. Will you test a product I suggest? Often yes. We prioritize requests that fill a gap in our comparisons. Tell us the SKU, where it is sold, and why you are considering it versus the current pick. We disclose loaned hardware and still show runner-ups.
